Compass’s pilots hold FAA commercial pilot certification. Before a flight, the pilot evaluates the weather and works with the crew on launch preparation. During the experience, the pilot explains procedures and answers questions about the flight.
The landing briefing matters as much as the view. Listen to the pilot’s instructions and follow the position and timing you are given.
A team effort from first hello to the return
The ground crew welcomes guests, helps with check-in and launch preparation, assists with boarding, follows the flight, and supports landing and pack-up. Communication between pilot and crew continues throughout the outing.
